Our lawyers work closely with the firm’s Electronic Discovery and Data Management Team to efficiently handle the data and document-intensive aspects of discovery in our complex matters. We also advise clients during contract negotiations and performance in an effort to avoid or minimize the disruption and expense of unwanted litigation.
